The MLS, or Multiple Listing Service, is a comprehensive database of properties for sale in a particular city or county, regardless of which real estate company or Realtor is representing the seller. All real estate agents who are members of their local Board of Realtors can show and sell any home or condo in the MLS, including properties listed by other real estate brokers.

For example, the West Palm Beach MLS (which is actually part of one or more regional MLS) includes nearly every home for sale in West Palm Beach and nearly every condo for sale in West Palm Beach as well as other properties for sale throughout Palm Beach County, Florida.

Expert’s West Palm Beach real estate agents are all members of the local multiple listing service (MLS), which provides our customers with full access to any home or condo listed in the local MLS.

MLS rules allow us to display nearly every home and condo listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service on our website so our customers can search the MLS right from their personal computers. However, some MLS listings are not available to be displayed online so we recommend contacting us at 1-800-897-7950 so we can search the full MLS for properties that match your particular needs.

While the concept of the MLS may be confusing, the good news is that because Expert is a member of the local MLS in the areas we serve, our customers have access to nearly every home and condo for sale in those areas.
