South Tech Academy is a Conversion Charter School that is part of the Palm Beach County School District. In 2004 this former community high school converted into an educational institution that offers college and career-prep programs. Students may earn high school credits in honors or advanced placement classes, dual enrollment college credits, or they can prepare for the work force. By concentrating in one of 13 Career Academies, students can learn skills in industries like auto mechanics, construction, cosmetology, culinary arts, or film.
